Between one tenant and the next, or before a sale, a property has to be emptied and put back into a state someone can walk into. We take out everything that has to go, haul it away and hand it to a licensed operator, so that part is not left for you to arrange.

We do not handle removals to a new address, pest control, rodent control or ozone treatment. If a property needs that kind of work, we do our part once it is done.
Where it all goes
Waste does not go to one place. Rubble, bulky items, timber and electrical waste are separated, because they are taken in separately, and electrical and electronic equipment falls under its own rules and cannot go in the container with the rest.
Everything is handed to operators licensed to receive that type of waste. Anything still in good order, if the owner does not want to keep it, we try to route towards reuse rather than landfill. We can say where things went if asked.
Jobs that need a careful hand
Not every clearance is routine: a property left in a poor state at the end of a tenancy, or one that has stood full for years, is agreed in detail before anyone starts carrying things out. We settle beforehand what is set aside and what goes, and anything that looks like documents or valuables is put to one side rather than removed.

On a clearance, what counts is how much there is, which floor it is on and how easy the stairwell is to reach. A few photographs of the rooms say more than the most careful description and cut the back and forth to a single call.
