The quote form

The form on the contact page takes a full name, a phone number, optionally an email address, the type of job and the town or city, and optionally the floor area or scale of the work, the floor and whether there is a lift, rough timing and a description of the job. Photographs of the property can be attached as JPG, PNG or WEBP files, or a PDF.

We process this data in order to prepare and present a quote and to make contact about the job. The basis is the consent given when the form is sent, together with steps taken at the request of the person concerned before entering into a contract.

Photographs of a property may show the inside of a flat or a house. We process them solely to assess the scope of work and give a price. We do not publish them and we do not use them for any other purpose without separate consent.

The form on the rating page

The rating page takes the text of the message and, optionally, a name and a phone number or email address. The message goes directly to the owner of the company.

We process this data in order to learn what people think of the work and to improve it, on the basis of the consent given by sending the message. Giving a name and contact details is not required, and a message without them arrives just the same.

Who we pass data to

Messages from both forms pass through an external automation service, which delivers them to the controller's mailbox. The site itself is hosted with an external hosting provider. This means the providers of those services have the technical ability to access the content being sent.

Those parties process the data solely to the extent needed to provide their services, on the controller's instruction and under the agreements concluded with them. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep messages from the forms for as long as it takes to reply and prepare a quote. If a job goes ahead, data relating to carrying it out is kept for the period required by tax law and by the limitation periods for claims.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the controller's email address. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Rights of the person concerned

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict processing
• object to processing
• have your data transferred to another controller
• withdraw consent at any time
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland

Is providing data compulsory

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number and a description of the job there is no way to prepare a quote or call back. The remaining fields of the form can be left empty.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels. We do not collect visit statistics, we do not profile anyone, and we do not store tracking cookies in the browser. That is why the site shows no cookie consent banner: there is nothing for it to collect consent for.

If we add analytics in future, this policy will be changed and consent will be collected before any such tool starts running.
