A property before renovation
Before the trades can start, the fittings have to come out, the screed has to come up and the old flooring has to be lifted. This is what the properties we work in look like.
Haulage and disposal
The most thankless part of the job and the one most often left for somebody else. Rubble, bulky items and waste come down from every floor, go onto the vehicle and are handed to operators licensed to receive them.
After our work
The state a property is handed back in. Empty and swept, ready for the renovation crew, or detailed after a renovation and ready to move into.

Just as we photograph the work, the fastest way to price a job is from photographs. A few frames of the rooms are enough for a concrete answer without a visit.
