Photographs from our jobs
The first series is a single flat, from the furniture to the partition walls coming down. After that come frames from different jobs, ordered by the stage they were taken at, and finally before and after pairs from detailing a bathroom and cleaning grout. There are no renderings and no stock photographs here, only what we actually photographed on site.

One flat, stage by stage
Consecutive frames from the same job, preparing a flat for renovation. The fittings go first, then the old flooring, and finally we break up the screed and take down the partition walls.
A property before renovation
Before the trades can start, the fittings have to come out, the screed has to come up and the old flooring has to be lifted. This is what the properties we work in look like.
Haulage and disposal
The most thankless part of the job and the one most often left for somebody else. Rubble, bulky items and waste come down from every floor, go onto the vehicle and are handed to operators licensed to receive them.
After our work
The state a property is handed back in. Empty and swept, ready for the renovation crew, or detailed after a renovation and ready to move into.
A bathroom before and after detailing
Two pairs of photographs taken from the same spot. Limescale on the shower glass, the tiles and the shower mixer, and next to it the same frame after detailing.
Grout before and after cleaning
Two photographs from one job, taken on the same day. Grout is porous and dirt sinks deeper into it than into the tile, so an ordinary floor wash will not get it clean. Here it went from dark brown back to light grey.

Just as we photograph the work, the fastest way to price a job is from photographs. A few frames of the rooms are enough for a concrete answer without a visit.
